Family Health Centers (known as health ocağı) will remain closed during the official holiday and administrative leave. However, as usual during official holidays, emergency services at hospitals will continue to operate without interruption throughout the Bayram period.
Are Notaries Open?
Although the Ramadan Bayram holiday applies to public employees, notaries will remain open on April 2, 3, and 4, 2025. The Turkish Union of Notaries announced that despite some media outlets reporting the closure of notary offices during these dates, notaries will be open as usual. Additionally, on April 5 and 6, 2025, the on-call notary system will continue.

Bank services will resume on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

The stock market (Borsa İstanbul) will continue to operate during the holiday on Wednesday, April 2, Thursday, April 3, and Friday, April 4, 2025, as it remains open for administrative work.
