Red List: Total Ban on Entry
A preliminary list crafted by diplomatic and security officials proposes a “red” list comprising 11 countries whose citizens could face an outright prohibition from entering the United States. The countries included are:

- Bhutan
- Cuba

- North Korea
- Somalia
- Sudan
- Syria
- Venezuela
- Yemen
Officials, who requested anonymity to discuss these sensitive internal deliberations, emphasized that this list was formulated by the State Department a few weeks ago, and it remains subject to amendments before reaching the White House.
